Purpose:
This hands-on training session is designed to empower adult learners with practical knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance both personal and professional productivity. Participants will be introduced to simple, accessible AI applications—primarily using the ChatGPT and other AI tools—that can support everyday tasks such as email writing, paraphrasing, editing, CV building, interview preparation, marketing, and presentation creation. The session will focus on building digital confidence and offering actionable ideas for integrating AI into daily routines, regardless of prior experience or professional background.
Session Objectives
Identify practical uses of generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to support everyday tasks such as email writing, CV building, content creation, report writing, taking meeting minutes, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Examine real-world scenarios where AI tools enhance productivity in professional and personal contexts, including communication across teams and departments.
- Participate in guided, hands-on practice with AI tools to gain familiarity and build confidence in using them for paraphrasing, editing, marketing, and workflow optimization.

– AI Overview (15–60 mins): Demonstrate 6 effective AI tools through live examples.
– Hands-On Practice (60–70 mins): Participants experiment with one tool and share feedback.
